The Corinthian Order offers a refinement of form that is visually pleasing. This profile utilizes modillion blocks and dentil moulding. Proportioned for a 10’ ceiling, this scale and proportion observes the Rules of Classical Architecture. LCD8346 employs an acanthus crown in the cornice and the dynamic rinceau scroll in the frieze. The highly embellished frieze and cornice are supported by the unembellished architrave. LCD8343 utilizes handcarved acanthus modillion blocks, egg and dart, and other refinements. The highly embellished cornice complements the unembellished frieze and architrave. Prices reflect modillion blocks installed at 6” o/c. Please order additional modillion blocks if closer spacing is desired.
