Due to the machined profile of the panel & the material’s thinness, this product is not recommended for use without a surrounding frame. Space panels to allow room for movement of panel and finish front and back. Rigid Panels profiled but not sanded. Wire brush finish is not available on the rigid panels. DO NOT OVEN DRY. Should you choose to use our Rigid Style Panels as a stand-alone item, you should minimize movement by attaching the panel to a 1/4” - 3/8” backer. However, this does NOT guarantee a completely stable product and will not be warrantied by manufacturer. For onlay applications such as walls, rangehoods or cabinet wraps, we recommend our Flexible Tambour Panel products - made of small staves applied to a flexible backer.
