Red Oak mouldings are in-stock in selected profiles and are noted per profile. Our Authentic Hand-Carved® woodcarvings and Mantels are in-stock in Lindenwood, and our Adornments™ are In-Stock in American Maple and Cherry. Resins show pricing if molds have been made. Unpriced resins indicate that an original mold has not yet been created, and customer will be subject to the mold charge. LCD’s are priced as units, but identified and shipped as individual mouldings in random long lengths. SPECIFIED LENGTHS l There is an upcharge for specified lengths. The customer also pays for additional footage needed to pull specified-length orders. See specifications under each moulding category on price list. RETURNS l Stock mouldings cannot be returned without prior approval. Call for an RGA number and clearly mark the outside of package(s) with that number. Mouldings will not be credited that are (1) marked on, (2) modified in any way, (3) exposed to excessive sun or moisture, (4) have sheetrock mud, primer, stain or job-site damage. For stock mouldings to receive credit, mouldings must be in resalable condition. Returns are F.O.B. buyer and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Loose mouldings will be accepted only if they are 8’ or longer, unless in original plastic covering. No returns allowed after 60 days from date of invoice. After 60 days, if the return is allowed at White River’s discretion, the restocking charge will increase by 10% per month. White River has the right to refuse any return. All carvings must be in original packaging or still carded with seal unbroken. White River ABSOLUTELY will not accept carded carvings that have been opened. See return policy on price list. FREIGHT CHARGES l All items shown are stock items, shipped F.O.B. from our manufacturing and warehouse facilities in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Our minimum LTL charge is $100 and the minimum FedEx charge is $15. There is no minimum order. Remember to take into consideration minimum freight and specified-length charges, especially for small FedEx orders. For Residential LTL Deliveries, there is an additional $86 freight charge, $45 call charge and a lift gate charge based on the weight of the order. White River must receive a signed authorization for Residential and Lift Gate Estimated Charges. White River will estimate freight charges as accurately as possible, but customers are responsible for final freight charges. Orders may be shipped via FedEx Ground if lengths are 8’ or shorter. An additional $10 charge will apply to FedEx Residential Deliveries. FREIGHT RESIN ORDERS l All resin orders will have freight charges added to the invoice. Resin Orders ship directly to the customer and do not ship with other orders coming from Fayetteville. Resin ships UPS Ground. WARRANTY l White River’s hardwood mouldings are manufactured from clear, kiln- dried, hardwood lumber. All lumber is NHLA graded and dried to 6-8% moisture content. Our hardwood mouldings are produced from lumber that is 65% 12’-16’ lengths, allowing us to produce stock mouldings in long lengths (overall 3’-16’). Our hardwood mouldings are precision machined with Weinig Moulders using Weinig Knife Tooling. CUSTOM MOULDINGS l Custom mouldings involve modification of stock moulding, other wood species, restoration millwork and tooling for new patterns. All tooling is done on-site. Custom mouldings require a deposit and are non-returnable. Please state lineal footage per profile, species and random or specified lengths. Specified lengths are considerably higher and take longer. We also manufacture radius casing, crowns and other profiles from our various collections.
