Upper Arm Reinforcement The upper arm has a solid 6" bar reinforcement centered on the lower arm joint to provide added strength against the stresses of wind and weather. Hub The hub is cast aluminum and engineered for extra strength. It is split horizontally to encapsulate the stainless steel direct connect pin assembly. Two screws secure the hub together.
