Please note that the lead time for productionmay vary, typically ranging from 120 to 180 days and potentially longer, depending on the complexity of the design and the prevailing season. We strive to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail in every order, which may require additional time for crafting and delivering exceptional results. Special and Custom orders are subject to special pricing that ranges from 10-20% surcharge depending on the qouted item and custom finish or woven fiber choosen. A special order 50% deposit is also required along with the signed special order form that is quoted by your sales representative.
