Each request will be replied as soon as possible, generally within 24 – 48 hours COLLECTIONS (MTO - MADE TO ORDER) Choose from hundreds of standard items and mix and match our neutral and vivid textiles with different fibers, ropes and hard surfaces, to personalize your own unique combination. 100+ Finishes and Textiles in Stock - Endless Possibilities – Made To Order Residential MTO delivery time is usually 12 - 14 weeks within the USA. For contract orders, the lead time depends on the scale of the project. FAST (USA Residential only) Select from our quick ship program inventory, available through a network of selected dealers and repeat buyers. FAST program items ship within 10 working days from our warehouse in Richmond, VA (subject to availability). Our FAST program is available on request. FAST delivery time is usually less than 2 weeks within the USA. COM (CUSTOMER OWN MATERIAL) We offer the possibility to do all of our cushions in textiles specified by the customer, find pricing marked “COM”. Customer own material is subject to approval and terms and conditions apply. COM lead-time is about 12-14 weeks – starting the moment the textiles at the production facilities are received in good condition. CSF (CUSTOM SIZED FURNITURE) Our tables, sofas and shade structures can be made in custom dimensions to fit the space perfectly. Material and technical limitations apply. Contact our customer support team to confirm feasibility and get a quote. CSF lead-time is about 16-24 weeks, depending on complexity. BESPOKE Contact us for bespoke options, based on existing items. We will check feasibility and quote if possible. Minimum order quantities, material limitations, technical difficulties, test requirements, ergonomic variations may impact feasibility, price and lead time. DISCONTINUED MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS As a service to existing customers we keep a very limited inventory of discontinued materials. Most products discontinued since 2020 are still available on request.
