STOCKING PROGRAM TERMS FAST TRACK PROGRAM TERMS Kannoa’s Stocking Program offers stock items to be ready for shipping or pick up in 3 weeks. Allow a three week lead time for cushions in any fabric. Please refer to the price list for any applicable upcharge. All pieces are available in other wicker colors and are considered special order items with a 12-14 week lead time. For any additional information, please be sure to call Kannoa customer service at (305) 651-9655. In order to provide you with the highest quality of service, we require all orders to be submitted in writing, using any of the following options: •Signed and dated copy of a Kannoa quotation sheet •Signed and dated PO generated with your company’s letterhead. The lead time for this program is 6-7 weeks. Minimums and upcharges may apply. Please refer to the price list for product minimums and material upcharges. •Fabric Options and Grades: For a full list of fabric, sling, and vinyl options and grades, please reference Kannoa’s Price List. •Rush Fee: A 25% up charge will be added in order to expedite the cushions.
