Will Call orders will be available for pickup between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm local warehouse time. The Hardware Resources website allows you to place an order, track parcel shipments, download price lists, view open invoices, add additional web site users, and offers many other features. RETURNS All requests for returns must be made within 60 days of invoice date. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to Hardware Resources’ error or a quality issue. Items received damaged may not be credited. In the event that the return is due to an error by Hardware Resources a return shipping label will be provided. Otherwise, shipments are the Customer’s responsibility and should be via a method which allows shipment tracking and proof of delivery. MINIMUM SELLING PRICE (MSP) POLICY Hardware Resources has a strict internet MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy. Our policy is a maximum 10% discount off of our current List Price across all Hardware Resources brands and products for sale on the internet. The only exception to the MAP policy is for products Hardware Resources has designated on our HardwareResources.com website as Discontinued. Hardware Resources is committed to proactively seeking out, finding, and dealing with Internet MAP Policy violators. Customer websites are checked during weekdays, evenings and weekends to find violations outside of regular business hours. We strive to find and fix MAP violations before we hear a complaint from a Customer. Policy violations result in suspensions and customer terminations, and we do several such terminations each year.
